Family holds march, vigil to remember shooting victim

Family members of 20-year-old Justin Hackley held a march and vigil in his honor Thursday night after he was fatally shot in Flatbush last month.
Hackley's mother, Marie Bernard, says her son was trying to help a friend who was being beaten up when one of the two men attacking them starting firing. Neither suspect has been arrested.
Bernard describes her son as an ambitious and smart young man who was kind to everyone and wanted to have his own business one day. Hackley was a student at Delaware State University and expected to graduate next year.
Hackley's family is asking anyone who might have information about his death to call police. There is currently a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
