Police: Teen, woman shot in East New York

A 16-year-old boy and 45-year-old woman were shot Wednesday in East New York, according to police.
The shooting happened in the area of Pitkin Avenue and Wyona Street.
Police say the teen was involved in some sort of dispute with a group of people when he was shot multiple times. They say the woman was hit in the leg, although it's unknown if she was the intended target.
The woman was taken to Kings County Hospital and is expected to be OK.
Police say the teen was shot in the neck and leg and was taken to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
