Police release footage of trio wanted for vandalism, burglary at cemetery

Police have released footage of suspects wanted for vandalism and burglary at a Cypress Hills Cemetery last month.
The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force released the footage, which gives a closer look at the suspects, hoping the public might be able to help identify those responsible.
The video depicts two of three teens, believed to be from 16 to 19 years old, on Park Lane South.
Police say on Aug. 15, three teens damaged more than 40 headstones, knocking them over and spraying offensive words on them.
The trio then went into the Abbey Mausoleum and broke the marble stones on the front of about 15 vaults, and also spray painted offensive language onto them.
The cemetery has now increased the reward money in the case, adding $5,000 to the $2,500 already posted by Crime Stoppers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
