Police are asking for the public’s help tracking down a man accused assaulting a woman and two teenagers.
Officials say the man stabbed three people on Aug. 20 in Brownsville.
Several neighbors tell News 12 that the suspect was defending himself. They say he may go by the name "Ty" or "Tyrone."
The man is accused of stabbing a 14-year-old, a 15-year-old and a 36-year-old woman after a verbal dispute. He's described as between 40 and 50 years old approximately 6 feet tall, bald and missing teeth
Witnesses say the man was inside the Family Express Deli and Grocery on Pitkin Avenue when the woman came in and began arguing with him.
