Boogie Down Bites: Arthur Avenue Fiasco

A recently opened restaurant in the Bronx is serving up Italian cuisine with a twist.
Arthur Avenue Fiasco offers a different cooking style on traditional meals such as pizza, pasta and chicken.
"The chef has a very particular view of what Italian-American food should be, and he tries to execute that with every single dish," says manager Arturo Marrou.
The restaurant uses coal instead of wood to cook pizza, and combines different meats with pasta dishes.
Arthur Avenue Fiasco is part of Roberto's restaurant group, a well-established group in the area that has been around for nearly 40 years.
The restaurant is located at 2376 Arthur Ave.
