The New York City Department of Transportation says it wants to revamp Meeker Avenue and is asking for the public's input.
The department canvassed the area over the summer to hear what changes residents would like to see.
Currently, the space is used for parking and drainage.
Most of the respondents said they would prefer green space, while others said they would prefer residential blocks.
The DOT is currently evaluating community feedback along with local elected officials before proposing a design for the area.
