A funeral was held today in Dyker Heights for Brooklyn FDNY EMT Kevin Liang, who was killed in a hit-and-run on the Kosciusko Bridge.
Police say a dark-colored sedan hit Liang, 27, while he was riding his motorcycle.
Family members were visibly distraught at the Ralph Aievoli Funeral Home. Relatives say there were no cameras on the newly built Kosciuszko Bridge, so the family is hoping someone will come forward with information.
“We know that there are witnesses. We know that people are aware of this and so we just trust that the police will look into the bottom of this and seek justice for the family,” said cousin Pang Lee.
The family is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Liang was buried at a cemetery in Westchester County.
