3 accused in series of subway robberies in Brooklyn

Two men and a woman are accused of robbing passengers on the subway in Brooklyn, police say.
The three are accused of punching a 19-year-old before stealing his cellphone on Oct. 15 aboard the northbound D train as it approached the 36th Street station.
Police say the three also stole a 24-year-old woman's cellphone on the D train as it approached the 9th Avenue station just an hour after the first incident.
The victim attempted to chase the suspects, but stopped once one of them pulled out what appeared to be a gun, police say.
