Expert details insurance, scams, preparing for disaster after Sandy

Joseph Sant is the director of homeowner services for the nonprofit Center for NYC Neighborhoods.

He stopped by the News 12 studio Thursday to talk more about rebuilding efforts.

Sant also tackles topics like flood insurance, avoiding scams and preparing for future disasters.
