FLATBUSH -

Hundreds came together for a Thanksgiving community luncheon at the famous Kings Theatre.

The event was organized by the Flatbush and Church Avenue businesses improvement districts.

Volunteers over a span of days shopped and cooked enough food for 300 community members.

Some of the volunteers were students of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at Erasmus Hall.

NYPD officers from the 70th Precinct also donated food and partnered with volunteers. They said the day was all about coming together.
