Brooklyn janitor accused of sexually assaulting teacher

A Brooklyn janitor is accused of sexually assaulting a teacher, police say.
Kasim Khan, 32, is facing forcible touching, sex abuse and harassment charges.
Police say Khan, a janitor at  P.S. 222 Katherine R. Snyder School in Marine Park, is accused of rubbing his genitals on the backside of a 46-year-old female teacher.
The incident happened inside of the Quentin Road school Thursday, according to police.
Khan was arrested around 11:30 a.m. after the teacher called police to report the incident.
A spokesperson for the Department of Education commented by saying, "Mr. Khan was suspended without pay and is not permitted in any of our school buildings pending the outcome of the investigation into these troubling allegations."
