Police: Man dead after being struck by 2 cars

BROOKLYN -

A man in East New York died after being struck by two cars Friday evening.

Police say the 59-year-old man was struck by a car while trying to cross Miller Avenue at Linden Boulevard. After the man was hit, he was struck by a second car while lying on the ground, according to police.

He was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he later died.

Both vehicles remained at the scene. Charges have not been filed in the case at this time.
