2 accused in string of Brooklyn armed robberies

Two men are accused in a string of armed robberies in Brownsville.
The armed men can be seen walking into the businesses on surveillance video and demanding money.
Police say the Santa Grocery Corp on Blake Avenue was robbed twice. The first robbery occurred last Tuesday.  Police says the duo took around $1,000 and fled the scene.
Officials say last Thursday, the men robbed a grocery store on Livonia Avenue, another on Stanhope Street and a third on Starr Street.  Police say they took around $200 in total.
Last Saturday, the men tried to rob Santa Grocery Corp again.  A worker there says he told the men there was no more money and the suspects left the scene in a blue taxi heading northbound on Herzel Street.
Despite the gun threat in each location, no one was hurt in any of the incidents.
