Volunteers honor MLK Jr.'s legacy with community service project

A group of volunteers from Brooklyn are honoring Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy this weekend with a special community service project.
Volunteers are spackling, sweeping, and re-paneling the basement of the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, giving the aging space a much-needed makeover.
That upgrade is being made possible by an army of volunteers from 500 Men Making a Difference, a nonprofit that lends a helping hand across Brooklyn.
The volunteers are working around the clock to finish the basement in time for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
