Police search for trio accused in 4 armed robberies

The search is on for three men after several businesses were robbed at gunpoint in less than four hours.
According to police, the trio began the four-hour spree at Ralph Avenue Food Corp. just before 3 p.m. Sunday, getting away with $1,000 and five boxes of cigarettes.
Police say they then headed to Rose Family Grocery in East New York, getting $500 and a cellphone. After, they headed to Marcy Express Grocery but when the worker told them he'd called the cops, the men ran off empty handed.
Their final stop was a deli on Bergen Street, where they got away with $400, leaving in a gray or silver four-door sedan with a black bumper guard.
Police are hoping that footage captured on surveillance cameras will come in handy. They're asking anyone with information or who may recognize the men to call police.
