A beloved Cobble Hill store is closing its doors after two decades of service to the neighborhood.

Sunday was the final day of operation for Cooking Companion, a cookware store.

Neighbors say Cooking Companion was a shop that could be counted on for any supplies they needed.

Owner Jennifer Baron gave thanks to her customers over the past 20 years and says she's happy to retire and spend more time with her family.
