A vigil was held Sunday for a couple killed at their house in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens earlier this week.
Neighbors and community officials gathered on Winthrop Street outside the home of 65-year-old Stephenson Bonaparte and 59-year-old Hazel Brown.
As News 12 reported, the couple was stabbed to death Wednesday night during what police say was a home invasion turned violent.
Community members brought a wreath and flowers to the family's doorstep, praying and condemning the violence. They also urged anyone with information about the crime to come forward, demanding justice for the deceased.
No arrests have been made.
