EAST NEW YORK -

Relatives of a 43-year-old man with epilepsy who has been missing since Feb. 11 are asking for help finding their loved one.

Wilfredo Valentin Jr. was last seen at his home in East New York nearly two weeks ago.

Police have released a missing person flier, but relatives say they have posted their own fliers as well hoping to boost the search.

News 12 is told the man has a history of venturing off, the last time ending up at a hospital. Valentin’s relatives say they haven’t had any luck with area hospitals.

Those with information are advised to call police at 1-800-577-TIPS.
