Friday's nor'easter causes significant power outages

BROOKLYN -

Friday's strong winds caused significant power outages across the borough.

The latest report from Governor Andrew Cuomo's office says more than 360,000 customers across the state are without power.

Con-Ed is reporting 216 of those outages are in Brooklyn. Queens took the worst hit in the city, with more than 7,000 outages. Out on Long Island, nearly 38,000 Nassau County residents are without power.
