PARK SLOPE -

St. Patrick's Day festivities continued Sunday in Park Slope.

People filled the streets Sunday to celebrate Brooklyn's 43th annual St. Patrick's Day.

The parade started and ended at Prospect Park West and 15th Street.

For many in residents, the event is an annual tradition.

"It's a longstanding family neighborhood tradition. We've been coming since we were born and it is a wonderful thing for our family and friends and our next generation," said one reveler.

The festivities don't end this weekend. Next weekend Bay Ridge will host its St. Patrick's Day parade.
