Manhole fire breaks out Sunday morning in Crown Heights

A manhole fire broke out early Sunday morning in Crown Heights, according to the FDNY.

FDNY authorities say the fire happened around 6:30 a.m. on St. John’s Place. Video footage shows that the incident was contained to just one side of the block.

No one was hurt as a result of the fire.

News 12 is told that Con Ed arrived around 8 a.m. to assess for any power outages.
