Police: Man assaulted liquor store employee with receipt paper in the Bronx
A man is accused of assaulting a liquor store employee in the Bronx after he was asked to leave the store.
The incident happened on March 27 inside of the Wine and Liquor on 99 Featherbed Lane around 2:55 p.m.
Police say the suspect was acting disorderly and was asked to leave the store.
However, he grabbed a roll of receipt paper and began hitting the employee in the face with it before running out of the store.
Police say the man also threatened to kill the employee. 
The 33-year-old employee was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
Police have released surveillance video of the suspect.
