Police seek 2 men accused of attempted robbery in Flatbush

Police are on a hunt for two man accused of an attempted robbery in Flatbush.

News 12 is told the men attacked a 44-year-old man walking along East 17th Street.

Police say they approached the man from behind and punched him in the head, knocking him to the ground.

While he was on the ground, the pair allegedly continued the beating and kicking him several times before attempting to steal his wallet. 

The victim, however, refused to give it up.

A passerby by who witnessed the attacked yelled for them to stop.

That's when the two ran off empty-handed.
