Volunteers pack up meals for families in need

People were spending their Saturday afternoon in Brentwood packing thousands of meals for families in need.
The joint effort was organized by nonprofit Pronto of Long Island, the Brentwood Rotary Club and the Brentwood Union Free School District.
Volunteers were packing 8,000 meals for families who struggle to keep food on the table.
Pronto of Long Island will distribute the meals to vulnerable families in the area.
