For the first time in 40 years, the New York City Commission on Human Rights held a hearing on sexual harassment at work.
A new campaign by the commission is fighting unwanted sexual advances.
The ads will run for six weeks with the purpose of informing New Yorkers on their rights when it comes to sexual harassment.
The city is letting people know they are not alone and can report harassment anonymously online in minutes.
