Woman fatally shot with hands bound in Bushwick apartment

BUSHWICK -

Police say a 62-year-old woman was found slain execution-style in Bushwick Friday night.

Police tell News 12 they responded to a call for an assault on Moore Street around 7 p.m.

News 12 is told once officers arrived, they discovered Ana DeValle with her hands bound and with a gunshot wound to the head in her fifth-floor Bushwick Houses apartment.

EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.

This investigation is currently ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time.
