BROOKLYN -

A Brooklyn mother says her son was assaulted by classmates.

Sharene Savoy says the boy was repeatedly kicked in his privates during a game at his school that referenced Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.

According to reports, Savoy's son, Timir Berkley-Baylor was injured so badly that his doctor diagnosed him with blood in the urine.

Savoy claims the complaints she made to school's administration were not acted upon, and she will file a notice of claim against the city's Department of Education.

"This troubling incident was immediately and appropriately addressed by the school," the DOE said in a statement. "Disciplinary action was swiftly taken, and the students have been provided with counseling support."
