EAST WILLIAMSBURG -

A fire broke out inside a high-rise in Brooklyn Friday.

The fire started inside of an eighth-floor apartment in a high-rise building on Humboldt Street around 6:30 a.m., officials say.

Firefighters quickly got the fire under control and the blaze was extinguished 30 minutes after the call came in.

No one was injured in the fire, officials say.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation, but officials say it does not appear to be suspicious.
