Prosecutor: Arrest made after body found wrapped in tarp

The Monmouth County prosecutor has made an arrest in connection with the death of a woman in Wall Township.
Officials say they have arrested Edward Ramirez, of Brick, on disturbing human remains charges.
Jami Leis, 35, was found dead in the area of Brighton Avenue and Rockefeller Drive.
Leis' body was wrapped in a tarp.
Authorities are awaiting results of an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
