BROWNSVILLE -

While students across New York are getting ready for graduation, some in Brownsville got a special treat.

Pre-K, kindergarten, fifth-grade and eighth-grade students, met with officers from Police Service Area 2 Tuesday.

Officers who used to be barbers cut and styled hair for boys at P.S./I.S. 284.

Those graduating are set to move on in just under two weeks on June 22 and 23.

The girls will also join in on the fun with their own hair stylists on Wednesday.
