The New York Aquarium will open a new shark exhibit on Saturday - a major step forward following the destruction caused by Superstorm Sandy.
The “Ocean Wonders: Sharks!” exhibit will feature 14 species of sharks in nine different galleries.
New safety precautions were put in place to protect the animals from future natural disasters.
The aquarium is expected to be completed by 2020.
