There was a big win for the Peekskill Brewery this weekend.

The Westchester brewery won not one, not two, but four medals at the second annual New York State Craft Beer competition.

The brewery brought home a gold medal in the fruit and spice beer category for Hidden Track. They also won two silver and a bronze. It was one of only two breweries that won four medals.

A total of 642 beers from 420 breweries across the state were entered into 24 different categories. The overall award, the Governor’s Excelsior Cup, was awarded to Threes Brewing (Brooklyn) for the second consecutive year.
