Body found in Philadelphia after Bronx woman goes missing

Police have discovered a body inside a Philadelphia basement following a multi-state search for a missing Bronx woman, according to police.
Vianelva Tavera, 50,  went missing a week ago on July 28.
According to police, a body was found inside the basement of a Philadelphia home Sunday night after neighbors reported an odor coming from the area for several days.
Officials in New York and Pennsylvania would neither confirm or deny if the body found was Tavera.
Police say Tavera was planning a trip to Philadelphia but lost contact with her family on Saturday, July 30.
However, Virginia police found Tavera's car in Fairfax County on July 30 along with a man who was inside of the car armed with a gun.
Police say they arrested 38-year-old Luis Negron-Martinez for grand larceny and possession of a concealed weapon.
Investigators say Negron-Martinez and Tavera knew each other.
