Latinx Punk Festival comes screaming back to Brooklyn

BROOKLYN -

The Latinx Punk Festival came screaming back to Brooklyn this weekend with bands from around the world playing in one space.

The three-day event was held at the Brooklyn Bazaar in Greenpoint.

The event has been hosted by Aldo Hidalgo for five years, and features bands from Chicago to Mexico.

The organizer of the event says the festival aims to empower people and shine the light on tough subjects.

It also gave groups like Dirty Ghetto Angelz a chance to raise money for a good cause.
