Fuhgeddaboudit Food: Di An Di

A Brooklyn restaurant is bringing Vietnamese street food to the streets of Greenpoint.
Di An Di  is located on Greenpoint Avenue between West and Franklin streets.
Chef Dennis Ngo says he drew inspiration for many of the dishes served at Di An Di after visiting Vietnam last year.
Ngo says the name of the restaurant comes from the Vietnamese phrase which translate to “let’s go eat.”
Some favorites at the restaurant include a rice paper pizza topped with egg, ground pork, and scallions.
The restaurant is known for serving pho, a Vietnamese soup broth which cooks overnight for 14 hours and is infused with spices like cinnamon and topped with egg.
