Spike Lee Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson Block Party held in Bed-Stuy

A block party was held in Bed-Stuy to celebrate the King of Pop, Michael Jackson on Saturday. 

The eighth annual event was organized by director Spike Lee and was meant to celebrate Jackson before his birthday.

Attendees say they've come from all over the tri-state area for music, food and plenty of dancing. 

Many people who attended the event say the block party is an annual tradition for their families and are already looking forward to next year.
