Canarsie residents are frustrated after they say bushes have been blocking a sidewalk for six months.

The sidewalk is near a vacant house at the corner near East 103rd Street and Avenue K. 

Residents also tell News 12 that the area has become a dumping ground and it's time for the city to take action considering there is a school right across the street.

News 12 reached out to the Department of Sanitation, who says they plan to investigate and look into the situation.
