Witnesses say gunshots rang out at a popular pedestrian plaza in Downtown Brooklyn Monday afternoon.
The incident unfolded just after 3:30 p.m. near the Brooklyn Bridge, where police say one person was grazed by a bullet.
That person was able to get himself to the hospital and is expected to recover.
They also say two people have been taken into custody, but it's unclear if they were the ones who opened fire.
A source tells News 12 Brooklyn that the shooting was possibly gang-related.
Police are still investigating the incident.
