BROOKLYN -

Artisans from across Central Brooklyn and even Philadelphia are showing off their work this weekend at the third annual DIY Fest at the MoCADA museum.

The Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts holds the seasonal marketplace every year.

The event hosts vendors specifically showcasing men and women of color this weekend. Later, this week will focus on health and wellness with yoga and dance classes among others.

Vendors say they enjoy being there to display their goods but also to engage with other local minority-owned businesses.

Many of the vendors will be back next weekend as well.
