A construction worker was hospitalized after falling four stories and then being impaled by a steel bar in Harrison.
It happened Friday morning on the Hartz Mountain property.
Officials say the worker was found with a reinforcing bar piercing him from front to back.
The 23-year-old man was taken to University Hospital, where he underwent surgery.
There's no word on his current condition.
