Dogs rescued from the Carolinas during Hurricane Florence are now available for adoption in New Jersey.
Coldwell Banker and Pet ResQ teamed up on Saturday in Union Beach for an adoption event.
Organizers say 14 dogs from the hurricane, along with others, are in need of homes. The dogs came from shelters that were cleared before the hurricane hit.
Pet ResQ says it is also hoping to help rescue dogs from Hurricane Michael, but is in need of donations to be able to do so.
