EAST FLATBUSH -

Police are looking for three men following an assault with brass knuckles in East Flatbush.

Police say on Sept. 14 near East 54th Street and Church Avenue, an 18-year-old man was approached by one of the suspects who demanded his phone.

The other two suspects apparently acted as lookouts.

When the victim did not immediately hand over his phone, News 12 is told the first suspect took out brass knuckles and started punching the victim in the face.

The three suspects then surrounded the victim, and he handed over his phone.

The victim suffered pain and swelling to his face and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
