The Food Emporium Brooklyn Market gave out free Thanksgiving meals Saturday to show their appreciation to their customers.
The store gave out turkey, sweet potato, butternut squash, pies, and bread for free to anyone who came by.
Organizers say the event is in it's fourth year and eveything is made from scratch and cooked in the supermarket's own kitchen.
Customers who shop at the store regularly say they appreciate the gesture. Employees say its the least they can do to show their appreciation.
Organizers say they wouldn't be able to keep their doors open without the people who shop there throughout the year.
The supermarket will also be giving away gift baskets closer to Christmas.
