Posted: Updated:
BROOKLYN -

Thanksgiving is one week away, and while many are excited to feast, some might need a place to go to fill up their bellies.

The Fordham United Methodist Church plans to host 500 people at 2543 Marion Ave. in the Bronx on Thanksgiving.

Eastwood Manor will also host children and their families.

Also, CSAIR is partnering with Creston Avenue Baptist Church to feed 300 people.

Neighbors Together will be giving out meals in their community cafe at 2094 Fulton St. in Brooklyn.

In Coney Island, residents are invited to a community Thanksgiving feast from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Coney Island Gospel Assembly on Neptune Avenue.

Say Peace 2 Gun Violence is holding a Thanksgiving brunch at 1131 Broadway from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Many of these places also accept donation and volunteers.
