Volunteers are delivering food packages to the elderly in Co-op City ahead of Hanukkah.
About 200 volunteers have been delivering to those who celebrate the Jewish holiday in order to help them through the winter.
The Bronx Jewish Community Council is the group behind the project.
Recipients will find latke mix, noodles, salmon, tune, eggs, oil, grape juice and more in their bags.
Some volunteers spent time with the seniors who received the packages.
In total, about 400 boxes were given out.
Hanukkah celebrations begin on the evening of Dec. 2.
