WILLIAMSBURG -

A man was attacked and robbed in Williamsburg over the weekend.

The NYPD released surveillance video of the attack that happened just before 2 a.m. Saturday in front of 313 Bedford Ave.

Investigators say the 24-year-old victim and the suspect got into an argument inside the store and the suspect called him a derogatory word in Polish before grabbing him around the neck.

He then threw him to the ground and punched and kicked him.

Police say he then ripped the victim's brown Warby Parker eyeglasses from his face which he says are worth around $150 and ran off.

The victim was treated for bruising and pain at the scene by EMS.

The suspect was last seen running eastbound on South Second Street in Williamsburg.
