PROSPECT HEIGHTS -

The day after Thanksgiving means the turkey is finished and it's on to the sales.

On Atlantic Avenue, many brave people endured some very cold temperatures to get a good deal.

A line started forming early in the morning for stores like Best Buy.

With Best Buy's doors officially open, shoppers flooded inside to get their hand on the discounted electronics.

Shoppers tell News 12 they're waited outside for doorbuster deals on electronics for hours, some since 3 a.m.

Employees tell News 12 every year they're seeing fewer people in the store on Black Friday as more come in on Thanksgiving itself or order online. However, according to the National Retail Federation the day is still the busiest shopping day of the year.
