BUSHWICK -

Police say they have arrested a man in connection to the fatal stabbing of a cab driver on Friday.

They say 29-year-old Rafael Fuller is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. They say he lives just a few blocks from the scene.

Officials say Otto Ponce-Farfan, 70, was found stabbed to death on Madison Street in Bushwick.

Friends of Ponce-Farfan say he was from Ecuador and worked as a driver for New York Limo and Car Service.

They also say he worked hard and never caused any problems.

Police have not commented on whether the men knew each other or on any possible motives in the case.
