Police: Man steals $27K worth of jewelry with customers in the store

Nearly a dozen security cameras captured the moment a masked man threw a rock through a store window and stole thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry, while customers were inside the store.
It happened Saturday night at Ray's Jewelry on the 600 block of Main Avenue.
Tony Hanna, owner of Ray's Jewelry, says he is thankful no one got hurt.
"Luckily, I just walked away from the glass, otherwise I probably would've been hit in the head or the shoulder," he says.
Hanna says the man broke two windows with a rock, snatched a few chains worth $27,000 and took off.
Another customer ran after the suspect, but stopped after the man pulled out a gun and started shooting in the air, according to Hanna.
"It could've been much worse," Hanna says. "He could've pulled the gun and start shooting at one of us."
Hanna says the suspect was wearing a hoodie and a face mask. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
