Police in Bridgeport say they're seeking a person of interest in connection with the fatal drive-by shooting of a 12-year-old boy.
Police say the person of interest was in a small SUV and may have been targeting someone who was with the victim. They say the suspect may have had an ongoing dispute with the intended target.
Police say Clinton Howell was shot once in the chest Tuesday night outside his home on the east end of the city. Police say there were at least two other males with him at the time.
Howell later died at Bridgeport Hospital. Police say he would have turned 13 next month.
